My experience was amazing, all the employees are nice and very helpful. They are very organized and bring their best to make the experience the best to get in and out. The ordering process and appointment time were amazing as well. Very happy customer! Thank you to all the staff.

I have had horrible experiences with this place in the past. The service was TERRIBLE. I think after multiple complaints from basically everyone they decided to take the feedback and do something about it. My last experience was great. The customer service was fantastic the new employees were very helpful. I was able to make my exchanges flawlessly after getting the wrong size online. If I would have known the experience would’ve been so great, I wouldn’t have paid the $12 shipping to avoid interaction.

The store was extremely busy, line outside and full inside. Their website clearly states to make an appointment. I went 10 minutes before my appointment time, was allowed in at appt time. Kids needed fitting and was out within an hour. The employees were so busy and helping multiple people at the same time, but still managed to smile and be very accommodating. Thanks for making a stressful situation more enjoyable. Make an appointment and stop giving bad reviews because you did not do what the website instructed you to do.

Service was great and my order was accurate. I did see numerous customers complaining and treating the staff terribly. There were easily 100 customers in line in the dead of summer in 100+ degree heat. Most of those complaining were people who waited until the last minute to place/pickup their order and where hot and irritable. Put yourself in the shoes of the employees who were doing their best while being yelled at time and time again. I wouldn't be able to keep a smile on my face all day if I was treated like that!

I have utilized the services of Academic Outfitters for about 5 to 6 years. I have never had a problem that didn't quickly get resolved. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of all employees. The uniforms are great quality and are durable. I definitely recommend this uniform store.

10 stars This is the best customer service I have experienced! Absolutely hands down the best shop in town for all uniform needs. Make an appointment or shop online and come pick up. Marc and his team have all of your uniform needs and wants down to a science! Check them out! Highly recommend!!!!

Mark got us checked in and out and he was so nice despite the chaos. He was running the process so it would run as smoothly as possible. Mia was the attendant who helped us with sizing. She was polite, patient, and sweet. This is out 9th year purchasing from Academic Outfitters and this was the first time I felt the need to write a review on this great business. Our appointment was at 11:00am and we were out with our order by 11:26.

This was my first time at the store and we had a phenomenal experience. I definitely recommend scheduling your appointment online ahead of time. It’s pretty much the only way to go. We had a sweet employee helping us gather everything we needed - she kept track of sizes and quantities, so checking out after trying on uniforms was a breeze! Mark was running the show like an absolute pro. This is where we will come for all uniform needs from now on. Best prices around, BY FAR. I built carts at every vendor — Academic Outfitters was the best. Great customer service. Convenient location. 5 stars all around.
